What are your opening hours?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours during these times. Kindly avoid sending the same message via multiple channels, as inquiries are addressed in the order they are received.

What is a Designer Inspiration?

It's a product which is inspired by a stated designer fragrance, NOT a replica or copy, this is not to be confused.

What type of fragrances do you offer?

All of our products are Parfums, offering the highest scent concentration available for a long-lasting experience.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We use only vegan-friendly fragrance oils, and all our products are cruelty-free.

Are they safe to spray on clothes?

While you can spray our fragrances on clothing, please exercise caution due to their higher oil content, which enhances longevity. This recommendation applies to all perfumes, not just ScentGPT products. Spraying on clothing is done at your own risk.

How should I store my fragrances?

To maintain their quality, store your fragrances away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Improper storage may affect their performance.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, we do not allow the use of multiple discount codes on a single order.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed for shipping, so we are unable to amend or cancel it.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8 AM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days within India (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 8 AM on Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

When will my order arrive?

Normal delivery in India is between 2-3 working days. During Offer Periods, Black Friday, Eid, Diwali and Christmas, this may be a little longer. For International orders please check your email confirmation for delivery times.

Where is my order?

Please refer to the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email pictures of the outer packaging and damaged bottles (ensuring the bottle number is visible) to info@scentgpt.in within 7 days of receipt. Retain all items until our investigations are complete.

What if my order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?

No worries—we’ve got you covered. Email us at info@scentgpt.in with your order number, and we’ll assist you. Our team is available 9 AM - 5 PM.

What is your returns process?

We accept returns within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Customers may test a spray or two before returning, but we cannot accept bottles that are heavily used or outside the 7-day policy. Items from bundle sets must be returned as a complete set for refunds, or we can offer exchanges. For further details, email info@scentgpt.in.

Where is my exchange/refund?

Please check on your return tracking receipt that we have received this and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

What if I missed the window for a sale?

We understand things happen! Email our team at info@scentgpt.in, and we’ll do our best to help you access your favorite fragrances at the best price.
