Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage. For a smoother resolution, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the outer packaging to serve as proof. Returns without photographic or video evidence cannot be accepted.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a 5-7 business days(it may vary depending on your bank account).

Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged (in transit).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted(unless the return shipping is covered by you).

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over ₹3000, we recommend using a special, relaiable and trackable shipping service to ensure the package is safely delivered. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
